TV News Agent Filippo Ferretti, an Italian journalist and Emmy Award winner, served as a news anchor at Univision 41 in New York City, in addition to his roles as news anchor and news reporter at Univision Tampa and Orlando. He became the first Italian born to work as a Spanish news anchor in the United States. He commenced his professional journey in 2002 at Mediaset, where he started as a news reporter.
Filippo is a talented quadrilingual agent. Only about three percent of people around the world can speak four languages. Filippo speaks English, Spanish, Italian and French.
Filippo’s career has taken him to more than 20 different countries, where he has worked as a reporter, including war reporter in Afghanistan. His contributions and journalistic prowess have led him to write for more than 15 newspapers and magazines across various nations. He worked for TVE Television Espanola in Spain as news anchor and at MTV news – Eurovision as correspondent for Latin America.
In 2004, he earned his degree in television communication and journalism at the University of Florence. Subsequently, in 2006, he completed his master’s degree in broadcast journalism at Iulm University, Milan, Italy. In 2008, he achieved his second master’s degree in Journalism and Communication at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain.
As a member of the National Hispanic Association of Journalists, Filippo’s work was recognized when he received the Florida Society of Professional Journalists’ state award in both 2018 and 2019, the Journalism Excellence Award of the European Parliament.Filippo brings a voice to those who need it, leveraging his extensive knowledge of the Hispanic market in the United States. This understanding includes not only language proficiency, but also a nuanced grasp of the cultural, social, and political dynamics that shape this important demographic.
TV News Agent Stephenie Rogers Ratke has decades of experience in both newsrooms and in the field. She worked her way up through the ranks of local news, first as a weather anchor and reporter in small market Lubbock, Texas, before finding her passion behind the camera as a producer and executive producer in the Colorado Springs and Denver markets.
Stephenie has also produced for a cable network and is the creative director for an independent video production company. She loves a good story and excels at conducting on camera interviews with her conversational style and a keen ear for the right follow-up questions.

Kimberly received her B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism from California State University-Fullerton. Before that, she spent two years at The Sorbonne and American University in Paris, France.

Len jumped into journalism because of his passion for people and their stories. It’s that passion and priority that helped him connect and excel in every television market where he worked and lived.
His attention has now turned to helping other journalists achieve similar goals. He knows firsthand what it’s like to navigate and succeed as a reporter and anchor in several top news markets. Len secured his first on-air job months before graduating college.
He started his career as a reporter at WALB in Albany, GA where he worked his way up to weekend evening anchor. He left there and headed farther south to Jacksonville, Florida where he worked as a reporter and weekend morning anchor at WTLV/WJXX.
Then it was on to WIS in Columbia, SC for his first full-time anchor role before a reporter/anchor role at WFTV in the highly-competitive Orlando, Florida market. After Orlando, CBS O&O KPIX came calling with a morning and noon anchor position in the top-ten TV market of San Francisco.
Len has the utmost belief that anything is possible with the right combination of agent, client, determination and effort. He’s always excited to help and navigate his clients on that career journey.
